I saw this video on Facebook today from Ubertor client Martell Realty, a Moncton, NB real estate brokerage and home builder. What do you think about their Guaranteed Sale offer? I have heard of other Realtors doing this (ie. the agent will buy the house if not sold in xx days), but I have not seen it from a builder and brokerage working together. Check out their video below:

That’s interesting. I’m curious to see if that business model can be sustained. They risk being stuck with a home that can’t sell.

The way the Guarantee Sale system operates they likely will not get stuck with any. Should the end up owning some it will be at good price

They leave out some details. I’ve never heard of them buying anything other than their own semi-detached homes. So you may have a good home that will sell, but they will still likely deny you unless they were the original home builders.
