My name is Margo Whitman and I am a selling Broker in Nova Scotia more specifically the Halifax/South Shore region. I am looking to freshen up my site as I am working on a branding campaign and to increase traffic to my site and grow my business. i want to be recognized as innovative and cutting edge and am a very knowledgeable professional. I have experience in development, new construction, relocation, condo and residential sales. I work in an independent boutique style brokerage. I like the smaller more intimate brokerages rather than the larger ones because i have had my license 15+ years and a broker license 3+ years and prefer offering a combined service of experience and service excellence. Alot of my business is higher end $300,000+ and the buyers are more experienced and sophisticated but I still want to attract below that price point showing that specific market it is important to choose an experienced professional to protect your biggest purchase and your best interests and investment. People in our market are always looking for a deal on what they pay a professional Realtor and I want them to see the value in using one.
