Dear Steve,
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you how happy I am that I
made the choice to select Übertor for my internet presence.
Since my site went live in May of 2005, I have counted 5576 unique
visitors with 121,510.00 page views and that is without any advertising
and search engine optimization.
The only advertising I have done was through craigslist.org by posting
listings and the results have been beyond my expectations. The other
amazing phenomena is that search engines pick up my site because of my
blog.
As a result, in the month of June I had 35 buyer leads generated via my
site and ended up making one offer on a $450,000.00 property and I am
still working with several other buyers who came from the website.
Here is one excerpt from an email I received:
“First off, thanks you for your time and information you provided for me.
I really appreciate it. Your website is really cutting edge too.”
I am curious and excited to see what will happen once I start optimizing
the site for the search engines and advertising the site in local print
media combined with direct mail marketing???
