You may already know that Ubertor is now in Whistler, B.C. and Manila, Philippines. For the past 3 years our team has been building a close knit team in Manila and today we would like to introduce the Manila team that works day and night (Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 22:00 PST), to make sure you have the very best customer service. We would like you all to meet the people that help make this possible:
Cresevel Bondoc
Known to the team as Boss Cres, she has been a dedicated employee for a year and a half now. Born in Makati City, Cres has big responsibilities within the company including working with Ubertor Extreme Design, Helpdesk Tickets and Support Calls. But its not all work and no play for this girl, she also enjoys reading, writing poetry and travelling. We are looking forward to having her apart of the team for a long time to come.
Ron Dalupirit
If you joined one of our Live Tours then you would have met Ron! He is our Lead Tour Operator, and enjoys touring clients around their control panel. Coming from Taytay Rizal, on the east side of Manila, Ron has been a part of the Ubertor team for almost a year. An interesting fact about Ron is that he can sleep while standing, but never on the job of course!
Alfred Bautista
Alfred started at Ubertor in our Trainee Program 6 months ago. He has been a full time staff member since June 2012 and is a wiz on our Live Help! Alfred keeps himself very busy outside of the work place as well. He indulges in many sports such as soccer, badminton and shooting. While he is not running around he enjoys reading, playing instruments and leisure travels. He comes from a town further North called Cabagan Isabela but for now he calls Manila home.
Cielito Toledo
Known to the team as Cielo! She has been working with an OTD client for 2 years before joining the Ubertor Team 5 months ago. In her spare time you can find her playing basketball, video games and enjoying some movies. One of Cielo’s goals is to improve her CSS skills so she can help you have the best website! Born in Cainta Rizal, you may have already met Cielo through our Live Help service.
Wilbourne Janus Rabang
Known to the team as the Walking KB, Wilbourne has all the answers. With his amazing skills with CSS and HTML you can thank him for your design requests. He has only been working for the company for 9 months though you would guess it has been years! Coming from Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Wilbourne enjoys casual gaming, is an anime enthusiast and a Power Metal Fan. He is also an avid reader which he thanks to his glasses, without them he would be lost.
Louie Payacag
If you’re a member of our elite Concierge program, you have met Louie. Louie is a key member of our Concierge program and adds your listings to Kijiji and Walkscore everyday! Louie has been with the company for just over a year now and comes from Pasig City. It’s been great having such a bubbly and enthusiastic team member in the office to brighten everyone’s day. She also enjoys the great activities that the Philippines has to offer such and snorkelling and volleyball! You can find Louie Monday to Friday on our Live Help service.
Marvin Marcelo
Whenever there is a bug or a new feature that needs to be added to our system Marvin is there! He is part of our engineering team in Manila that works together with our North American engineers to bring you a great platform to work on. He has been working for Ubertor for close to 2 years now and has helped with the development of the system. Marvin comes from Bataan, home to one of the last stands of American and Filipino soliders against the Japanese in WWII. When he’s not working hard at the office, Marvin enjoys road trips with his family, relaxing to a good movie at home and some short runs on the weekend to keep his fitness up!
