I was asked in December 2010 if I would be interested in rewriting a couple of the modules within the British Columbia Real Estate Associations’s Residential Trading Services Applied Practice Course Manual. I agreed and was tasked to take a few weeks to revise the content within the training manual to reflect today’s business environment. That means removing some of the content as well as injecting my thoughts on how todays real estate agent can operate using the Internet and the tools available to them.
I was notified just the other day that the material has been published and is in use at UBC Sauder School of Business. Thanks to Ania Balicki for sending a picture of the credits in the revised edition.

The internet is a huge and very powerful tool to be used for your advantage. If you are in any business but more so in real estate you can take advantage of the internet. I mean they say that a picture is worth a 1000 words… Internet is probably worth 10 000 words.
