I was invited to speak at the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Global Leadership Conference that was held at the Ritz Hotel in New Orleans last week. It was a fantastic event with over 500 entrepreneurs from all over North and South America. The topic I presented was using online tools to systematize, automate, promote and grow your business. I will be doing the same talk at the end of this month in Hong Kong at the second EO Global Leadership Conference. (they do 2 a year and allow member entrepreneurs to pick the location that best suits them) Lots of the things we do, can be done by any business – including real estate agents. From systematizing and/or automating many of the processes you complete daily to using offshore assets to complete tasks for you. My talk is about 2 hours and goes through the tools we use to run and promote our businesses. From tools like Twitter to Yammer to YouTube to Google Docs. I go through about 20 tools and how we use them. Hoping to get it on video one of these days. 🙂 Then I will post it in this blog.
