This sounds very good, here in Germany, we have a standardized XML connection to the online listing sites. This has been working for years and saves a lot of hours every week. Otherwise we would have to put the offices, condos and houses into more than 15 listing sites by hand. But even the software connection takes a few hours to upload the texts and photos.

Just a quick clarification — the Zillow Listings Feed program is not yet live. We’re still in testing phases, but hope to support xml feeds on the live site in the next month or so.
What this announcement means for agents with Ubertor websites is that you now have a xml feed that will be supported by Zillow when we release the program to our live site. Stay tuned to this blog or the Zillow Blog for an update as to when Zillow can digest your xml feed on our live site 🙂
