Our team will chat live with his visitors and answer questions that they may have. Many of the questions our team will be able to answer. The ones that can not be answered, our customer service team will request contact information of the visitor and forward their question and contact information to the agent. This feature will act as a great service for the website visitor as well as a lead generator. (if it is outside our customer service hours, it will flip to an “unavailable” button that asks the visitor to leave their contact info)
