Seattle based real estate company Redfin.com has been making waves in the Seattle area real estate market with their unique approach to buying and selling homes.

Redfin.com just made 2 big announcments:

1. First, they’ve closed an $8 million Series B round of financing, from Vulcan Capital, BEV Capital and Madrona Venture Group.

and

2. Second, Redfin is expanding their service out of the Seattle area to include the bay area in California (and will be expanding to Los Angeles, San Diego and nationwide soon).
